Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) provides strategic leadership and vision for United Trinity Investment Group, LLC, driving sustainable growth within the federal marketplace. This role is responsible for shaping UTIG’s long-term strategy, expanding federal customer relationships, and developing strategic partnerships with agencies, prime contractors, and technology providers. The CEO ensures alignment between corporate objectives, mission delivery, and customer outcomes. Working closely with executive leadership, the CEO oversees market expansion, business development, and organizational performance. The CEO represents UTIG with federal stakeholders and industry partners while upholding the company’s values and commitment to excellence. Prior federal contracting experience is highly desired, and an active or pending federal security clearance is preferred.
Chief Operating Officer (COO)
The Chief Operating Officer (COO) is responsible for the execution of UTIG’s programs and day-to-day operations across all federal contracts. This role ensures high-quality service delivery, operational efficiency, and consistent contract performance. The COO oversees program management, workforce performance, quality assurance, and compliance with contract requirements. Working closely with the CEO and business unit leaders, the COO translates strategic goals into actionable operational plans. The COO ensures customer satisfaction through disciplined execution and performance metrics. Experience supporting federal agencies is strongly preferred, and an active or pending federal security clearance is preferred.
Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) oversees UTIG’s financial strategy, controls, and compliance in support of federal contracting operations. This role is responsible for financial planning, budgeting, pricing strategies, audits, and cost management across all programs. The CFO ensures compliance with federal regulations and accounting standards, including DCAA requirements where applicable. Working closely with executive leadership, the CFO supports proposal pricing, contract profitability, and financial risk management. The CFO provides accurate financial reporting to support strategic decision-making. Federal contracting financial experience is preferred, and an active or pending federal security clearance is preferred.
Chief Information Officer (CIO)
The Chief Information Officer (CIO) leads UTIG’s information technology strategy and enterprise architecture to support mission-driven federal services. This role oversees IT modernization, cloud adoption, digital transformation, and innovation initiatives. The CIO ensures alignment between business objectives and technology solutions while driving secure and scalable environments. Working with internal teams and external partners, the CIO implements compliant and resilient IT systems. The CIO plays a key role in leveraging emerging technologies to enhance service delivery. Experience supporting federal IT environments is preferred, and an active or pending federal security clearance is preferred.
Chief Information Security Officer (CISO)
The Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) is responsible for UTIG’s cybersecurity strategy, governance, and risk management across federal programs. This role oversees compliance with NIST RMF, Zero Trust Architecture, and FedRAMP requirements. The CISO ensures the protection of systems, networks, and data through proactive security controls and continuous monitoring. Working closely with IT and compliance teams, the CISO supports system authorizations (ATO) and security audits. The CISO leads incident response planning and cybersecurity awareness initiatives. Federal cybersecurity experience is preferred, and an active or pending federal security clearance is preferred.
Hiring Description – Federal Contractors, Acquisition Support & Procurement
(Multiple Openings | Clearance Preferred) Type of Employment: Contract United Trinity Investment Group, LLC (UTIG) is seeking qualified contractors, acquisition support specialists, and procurement professionals to support federal customers across multiple programs. We welcome recent contractors and experienced federal professionals with hands-on knowledge of the acquisition lifecycle, procurement operations, and contract administration. Responsibilities may include acquisition planning, market research, solicitation support, contract execution, and compliance monitoring. Ideal candidates have experience with FAR/DFARS, federal procurement systems, and supporting civilian or defense agencies. Multiple openings are available for W2 and 1099 contractors depending on program needs. An active or pending federal security clearance is preferred.
